I started the Isagenix IsaBody Challenge on January 6, 2014. I am currently a full-time student at Georgia State University and majoring in Hospitality Administration. College life is known to be stressful, which for me, has led to stress eating. Until 2009, I swam year-round my whole life and I have been struggling with my weight ever since the day I put my swimming career to rest. In the past I have always found an excuse to skip out on exercising daily to "study." This is going to be the semester I change my life for good! The IsaBody Challenge is a 16 week challenge along with clean eating and a regular exercise routine. I have already been experiencing more energy and enjoyment from working out and cannot wait to see the end results. I am finally committed to clean eating and cleansing for life!
